Cupping the feet can be helpful for those suffering from Plantar Fasciitis, fatigue and calf pain. I start with warming up the skin by manually massaging and then "popping" the cup off the skin. Next I drag the cup along small areas pulling the skin and fascia to release tension. Fascia can be described as one large stocking that covers your entire body. When one area is bound up it will pull from multiple areas. Release of tension from the feet can greatly impact the ease of movement of the entire body.
