Can you explain how the Online Booking works?


There are bright green “book now” buttons on the app. Tap to start the process. This brings you into our booking system (Boulevard). Next you will choose whether you would like to book for yourself, for a group of people, or if you just want to buy a gift card. If you are booking for someone that has not been here before, start with clicking the service you want for them. The next screen will ask if the service is for you or a new guest. At this point you can make a profile for this person. This is very useful if you are booking a first appointment for kids or spouses. Every person that is seen MUST have a separate profile by law.

At this point you have picked the service and the person looking to receive it. The next prompt will ask you to select a professional. The therapists that are shown are the choices for that particular service. Keep in mind that if you were to choose a different service, regardless of the length, different individuals may show up. Additionally, there may be times that some therapists will not be offering certain services because of schedule conflicts or injury. You can always go back to the previous screen within the booking by clicking the small white arrow in the upper left corner of the booking page you are on.

As a recap, the booking system will push you to pick a service before you can select a professional. We know that this can be a hassle for those who want to check availability of their favorite therapist. We suggest either calling us or booking multiple appointments during checkout to ensure you get the days and times you are looking for.

Please be prepared to put a credit card in to secure your service. Your card will not be used unless you are in violation of our cancellation policy.
