By law, we cannot accept health insurance directly, but your primary care physician can write a prescription for massage therapy such that it can be paid by insurance. In addition, you can use your FSA or HSA debit cards to make direct payments for Physical Therapy and massage services.

If you are interested in booking with our Physical Therapist and have a prescription, you have the option for insurance reimbursement. We will provide an invoice with the proper verbage and codes for you to forward to your health insurance claims department. This is a common procedure that many of our pt customers do regularly. Some people find that paying cash is less expensive depending on their deductible. Additionally, if you are not planning on submitting your receipt for physical therapy, you can use physical therapy “as needed”.
