There is a $50 charge incurred under the following conditions:
- Less than 36-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
- No show or missed appointment
Arriving late for a service will not result in a $50 cancellation charge. However, it will likely require shortening the length of the treatment.
For each late cancellation after the first offense, you will be charged 100% of the service. To ensure that I can provide you with multiple talented therapists here at JL Therapeutics, I am committed to a business model that ensures the therapist’s time is valued.
